   Begin your training with ATP's Airline Career Pilot Program. As an Elite Partner of SkyWest, ATP students are eligible to apply and become a SkyWest Cadet from the start of training—securing priority access from day one.

2. Step 2

   Become a SkyWest Cadet

   Apply early to become a SkyWest Cadet and take advantage of ATP's Elite Partner status. Receive priority interview and class date assignments based on your commitment date, along with access to a SkyWest mentor, interview preparation, and enhanced program engagement.

3. Step 3

   Build Experience as a Flight Instructor

   Become an ATP flight instructor and build flight time efficiently. While gaining experience, you'll continue progressing toward SkyWest with priority status and ongoing support.

4. Step 4

   SkyWest Interview & Class Date

   Receive a guaranteed interview with SkyWest upon meeting hiring requirements. Elite Partner cadets benefit from priority class date assignments and base selection, giving you a competitive advantage as you transition to the airlines.

5. Step 5

   Fly for SkyWest and Beyond

   Fly for SkyWest Airlines, then progress your career to American, Delta, United, or Alaska Airlines. ATP's Elite Partnership provides a clear and structured track to the major airlines, with elevated seniority and defined career progression.
