Airline Career Pilot Program

Flight Instructor Job
Join ATP as a flight instructor after graduating and build flight experience to qualify for airline hiring minimums.

Interview With Wheels Up
At 1,000 hours total flight time, recommended instructors interview with Wheels Up. After the candidate selection and interview process with Wheels Up, applicants receive a Conditional Offer of Employment and continue working towards 1,000 hours of flight experience with ATP.

Wheels Up Pilot
After obtaining 1,200 hours of total flight time, transition to flying as a First Officer with Wheels Up.
