ATP Flight School Piper Archers

Fixed Cost Pricing Airline Career Pilot Program

ATP provides up-front, fixed cost pricing in a way that differentiates us from most other flight schools and academies. With over years of experience, ATP designs flight training programs with enough flight time for the vast majority of students to be successful.

ATP never quotes prices based on unrealistic minimum flight time requirements. If you require extra training above and beyond what's included in your curriculum, we will first try to reallocate flight time from other parts of the syllabus before offering you extra flight training at an additional cost.

Because everyone's piloting skills are different, we can't guarantee that you won't need additional training and incur some additional expense. But rest assured that ATP has built a strong reputation for meeting our commitments, and providing highly effective flight training programs.

Price Guarantee

ATP guarantees the fixed cost quoted to you at the time of scheduling or at the time of making your first payment to reserve your class date. Even if our advertised prices increase between the time you schedule and the time your training starts, you will receive the price originally quoted.

Additional Expenses Not Included in the Fixed Cost Price

Fixed cost pricing does not include additional expenses for items necessary in obtaining your pilot licensing. There are additional costs incurred for:

  • FAA Knowledge Tests - PAR, IRA, CAX, FIA, FII, FOI ($175 each)
  • Designated Pilot Examiner Fees - Paid in cash directly to the examiners.
  • Third Party iPad Apps - Including ATP exclusive discounts for Foreflight and Jeppesen Charts.
Fuel Surcharge

Under extraordinary circumstances due to volatility in fuel prices, ATP may impose a fuel surcharge. We explain this in greater detail on our fuel surcharge page.

Training Center Premium

Operating expenses vary widely across the nation, and at select locations, a training center premium is added to the price of the Airline Career Pilot Program. We explain this in greater detail on our training center premium.
