With the ATP Advantage Guarantee, students can start ATP's proven, no-compromise Airline Career Pilot Program and experience the ATP Advantage firsthand, with no risk should they decide the career or flight training is not a good fit for them—only paying for the flight time they logged, at discounted below-market rates, with no further financial commitment or fees.

How the ATP Advantage Guarantee Works

Students can start training with no long-term financial obligation and experience the ATP Advantage for themselves. They'll discover what airline pilot training is like and explore the many career opportunities available to graduates.

If they decide the career or training is not for them, they can discontinue at any point during their first stage of training (about 20 hours of flight time). They walk away only paying for logged flight time at the below-market rate of $200/hour (includes instruction, fuel, insurance, etc.). No additional charges for their ground school, training, or other resources will be applied, and any additional payments made will be refunded—with no further commitment or obligation.
